1.1. Applicable Regulation

Our Privacy Policy has been designed by the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and to the extent that it does not contradict the aforementioned Regulation, by the provisions of the Spanish legislative framework on the Protection of Personal Data.

The collected data refer to the category of identifying data, such as: Name and Surname, Phone Number, Postal Address, Company, Email, as well as the IP address from which you access the data collection form.
